En Buen Sitio is made up of professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of direction, production, cinematography, art direction and post-production.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND CINEMATOGRAPHER
After studying Image and Sound in Andoain ESCIVI, he moved to Madrid to specialize in Cinematography at E.C.A.M. Since then, he has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in both advertising and film. He has shot more than 150 spots and countless short films, video clips and documentaries. In 2014, he founded En Buen Sitio Producciones with Lucia Benito.
producer and director
Producer of projects like Nömadak TX, Pura Vida or District Zero, or TV programs such as Alberto Corazón. Cuerdas, her debut as a director, has a dozen of awards and festival selections. In En Buen Sitio she combines production and direction in projects such as Eki.librio (2019), Living Kultur (2021) or her first feature documentary, AMA-DAS (2021). She is also a professor and thesis tutor for the final year projects at the University of Navarre in the documentary section.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND ART DIRECTOR
After graduating in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, she studied a master's degree in “Scenographic Design for Cinema, Theater and Television” at the Escuela Superior de Artes y Espectáculos T.A.I. from Madrid, and she also became a set decorator at the E.C.A.M. Since 2006 she works as Art Director in advertising, theater and film. In 2014, she founded En Buen Sitio Producciones with Jokin Pascual.
director and editor
He graduated from the University of Navarra in Audiovisual Communication and studied Film Direction at FAMU (Prague). He is a director, screenwriter and editor. He currently works for En Buen Sitio Productions and is also the creative director of the Uruguayan social production company Ikusi for which he works from Pamplona developing and coordinating the projects, as well as assembling the audiovisual pieces. In his filmography as director, we point out the documentaries Second line (2018), Las Pelotaris (2015), The last voyage of Eva Jocelyn (2015), or Refugios (2009).
She studied Audiovisual Communication at the University of Navarre and has participated in and exchange program at the University of Texas in Austin (Radio-Television-Film). She has directed and produced the documentaries "Adela" (2020), and "(MIS)COMMUNICATION" (2019), and has filmed and edited several spots for the brand Yellowbird Habanero Sauce. She has also been the co-writer of the short film "A Toolbox for Julie" (2020).
